Their are literally an infinite number of recipes that can include sea moss. While being virtually tasteless, sea moss also adds a substantial nutritional boost to whatever you mix it in with. 

 

Here are some of our most favorite recipes.

 

 

Strawberry Banana Smoothie 🍓🍌

 

Best when fruit is frozen
  • 7 strawberries 
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup milk - Skim, almond, and oat are our faves.
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons sea moss gel
  • 5 cubes ice, crushed
  • (optional) - ¼ cup granola

Servings: 2

Instructions: Place the banana, strawberries, milk, yogurt, sea moss gel, and vanilla extract into the blender and blend until mixed well. Toss in the ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.

 

 

Orange & Cream Smoothie 🍊

Best when fruit is frozen
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons sea moss gel

Servings: 2

Instructions: blend the frozen banana, vanilla, orange juice, and sea moss gel together until thick and creamy. Add remaining ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
