Payment Terms
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed. If there are any errors or changes to your order please notify us immediately, we may be able to adjust your order. If we are unable to make the adjustment(s) we will need to cancel your order. If you order is canceled and depending on your financial institution, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your funds to become available again.
Credit Card Fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We have special payment processes in place to protect our clients against fraudulent transactions.
Order Processing:
Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, processing times may be impacted, please click on the link to view our current shipping times. Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST. Orders that have not received approval from our payment processing company by 3:30 PM EST, will not go out the same day. Orders place over the weekend will be shipped the first business day. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement. Please note, at times carriers may experience shipping delays due to weather, in transit issues, etc. unfortunately this is out of our control. We will not reimburse shipping cost for delays caused by our selected carrier. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping hours end at 2:30pm on Fridays from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Price and Quantity Limits:
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order or any portion thereof after your receipt of order confirmation.
In the event, that a product is listed at an incorrect price we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card is charged. If your card has been charged, we will promptly return the funds to your original form of payment.
Product Availability
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Return & Replacement Policy
At Caribbean Golden Farms we maintain an extremely high level of quality assurance. All of our products are prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. From time to time, Caribbean Golden Farms, at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) under the following conditions:
- We accept return(s) within 30 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 30 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
- The product(s) must be sent back to us to process the return. Please contact Customer Support support@carigoldfarms.com. Customer support will send info on how you can return your product.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust the carrier to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at support@carigoldfarms.com.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee UPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)
If you believe that part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact Customer Care immediately at support@carigoldfarms.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Lost Shipments:
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed for and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please contact Client Care immediately at support@carigoldfarms.com. We will contact UPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for your purchase.
Damaged Shipments
If you package has been delivered and your package has been damaged which resulted in lost of product(s), please keep all original packaging and contact Customer Support immediately at support@carigoldfarms.com. We will contact UPS right away to start an investigation. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for your purchase.
International Shipments
We are happy to able to offer International shipping options to our clients outside of the United States. Please note that clients are responsible to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Commercial invoices are sent with all shipments. All documentation provided to customs will reflect accurate information and we are unable to make any adjustments to avoid additional fees.
If a client places two orders at the same time we will combine the orders together to be shipped out in one package and refund the additional shipping cost.
Policy Changes
Caribbean Gold Farms, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
Limitation of Liability
Caribbean Gold Farms, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Caribbean Gold Farms will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Caribbean Gold Farms is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Caribbean Gold Farms is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Images of people or places displayed on the Caribbean Gold Farms site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Caribbean Gold Farms. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the Caribbean Gold Farms site. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by Caribbean Gold Farms on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by Caribbean Gold Farms. Submissions
Apart from your personal information, any communication or material you send to the Caribbean Gold Farms site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you send to the Caribbean Gold Farms site may be used by Caribbean Gold Farms for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. By submitting material to Caribbean Gold Farms, you irrevocably transfer and assign to Caribbean Gold Farms, and forever waive and agree never to assert, any copyrights, "moral" rights, rights of publicity or to privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights that you may have in such material. Discounted Products
Returns, replacements and exchanges are permitted on certain discounted products only. Any purchases made at promotional events, in-store events and online at carigoldfarms.com using any of the following: Promotional (Promo) Codes, Gift Certificates, or any other discounting method provided by Caribbean Golden Farms may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Items purchased on sale may be returned during the 30 calendar days and the sale promotion may be applied to a new order if applicable.
